For returns related to orders that originally contained a TCG Sleeved Booster Pack, you may see two separate refund transactions that may occur over a period of several business days: (1) a refund for the cost of the returned item, less an $8 USD or $8 CAD return fee, and (2) a refund of the $8 USD or $8 CAD return fee.

Pre-Orders
If an order contains any items not on pre-order, we will ship those items as available.
A valid credit card is required to place pre-orders, and an authorization may be held until the product is available to ship. Charges will not post to the account until the item ships. Orders may be cancelled if the credit card on file is not valid at the time of shipment.
